Transactions and Exchanges
GOGO-GREEN facilitates the exchange, sale, and donation of green products such as plants and renewable energy technologies. The platform takes a small fee on transactions (2 EUR on exchanges, 0 EUR on donations, 20% on sales). Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfillment of their exchanges or sales.
Event Participation
Users may organize or participate in green events through GOGO-GREEN. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of their events with local regulations.
Pricing Policies
To ensure fair exchanges, GOGO-GREEN implements a maximum price range for each product category. Users are required to adhere to these price caps.
Intellectual Property
All content on GOGO-GREEN, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of GOGO-GREEN and may not be used without permission.
Termination of Services
GOGO-GREEN reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access to the platform if users violate these Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
GOGO-GREEN is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from transactions or interactions between users. We do not guarantee the availability of items or the success of any exchanges or sales.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
